I totally agree. Good teachers are teachers who encourage and motivate their students. They certainly are not expected to know everything or to be flawless. No one can possibly know everything or never make mistakes. What’s important is that you can be honest about what you don’t know and admit your shortcomings. When a teacher can do that, I think he/she is teaching a very important quality to the students, that is honesty. Because being a teacher is not just about teaching academic subjects, it’s also about helping your students to be upright and honorable individuals.
