O K. So it's important to know that “ sick ” does still mean “ ill ”，to have a cold，to have a flu. You can say：Ugh，I'm very sick.
But now“sick” also has another meaning. Right now it means “ awesome ”. You can say：That movie was so sick. You could also say：That party last night was so sick.
So right now “sick” has two meanings.
在我们最开始学习英语的时候，大家都知道 sick 这个词表示的是“ 生病的 ”。比如说“我生病了”，“I'm sick.”。
在口语中，我们也可以用sick来代替 awesome ，让你听起来更加地道。比如说：The party last night was sick！昨天晚上的party 太棒了 ！
