Case method has been used to teach preservice or newly recruited teachers since the 1990s．Due to its scientificity and practicability，it has been accepted to be an effective method adding to the wave of education reform in recent years．To make clear the meaning of case method and to make better use of this method，we should learn its concepts and understand how it assists the development of student teachers．The following tasks are designed for you to learn the description of a case and case method for teachers’development．
