In this section，we first look at how human beings study by exploring the major psychological theories of learning． We dissect the topic through Behaviorism，Cognitive Learning Theory， Humanism，and Constructivism．It is essential to understand the knowledge of psychology in order to be a qualified primary school or middle school English teacher．The second part of this section introduces practical and effective English teaching methods，including Total Physical Response （TPR），Situational Teaching Method （STM ），Task－based Teaching Method and Communicative Teaching Method．Based on these we analyze English teaching strategies，and then provide a systematic guide．
