Since the mid-1960s,under the advocacy and promotion of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and other international organizations,lifelong education has been accepted in many countries around the world as an important educational trend.To improve institutions and mechanisms of lifelong education,some countries and regions have formulated a series of policies for lifelong education legislation.Chinese educational ideology has reflected the idea of lifelong education since the 1920s and 1930s through the introduction of lifelong education,economic and political stability,and lifelong education policies.
