A: Shall we begin, then? Hello, everyone! My name is James Harden. I am the sales representative of OKC. The purpose of today's presentation is to discuss how to improve external communication with customers and partners. In the next 20 minutes, I'd like to introduce all of you to different styles and methods of external communication.

A: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for finding the time to come and join me for this presentation this afternoon. My name is Ann Tang. I'm working as a purchase consultant in LAC. I'd like to share my findings with you. I hope my presentation is not going to take too long or bore any of you. Now let me begin by describing the progress we made this year. Then I'd like to have a look at the performance of the company and the sales of company over the last two years.
