B: I have a plan to study abroad. The main purpose of this plan is to improve my English and gain more knowledge of marketing. I will come back a better employee. I believe the company will benefit from my improvement and the new skills I will learn.
A: Okay, I'll have to think about that.

A: Perfect! I believe you are the most suitable person. I'll let higher management know.
