第三段|提出看法： 此类社会话题，写法较为固定，一般强调应该建立机制，严格管理，最后说明公民要有正确的态度，如“自控、遵守法规”等。本文与2011年考研英语作文《旅途之余》的话题角度相同，很多词句可以互相借鉴。
