贸易成本是影响企业出口决策的重要因素，历史原因和体制原因导致我国国内市场存在着区域贸易壁垒，在国家内部存在边界效应，“价格法”说明边界效应的存在，企业数据库微观数据说明在国内市场经营的企业承担了更多的贸易成本。现代化市场经济体系建设需要建立内外统一的大市场，消除国内市场的贸易障碍是供给侧改革的应有之义，当前的市场经济改革需要进一步破除国内市场的隐形贸易壁垒，提升企业商品供应能力，进一步扩大内需。
