本游戏需要准备一个沙包，最好是在空旷的户外场地上进行。孩子们站成一个大圆圈，相距一米以上。把沙包给一个孩子，让这个孩子将沙包投掷给另一个孩子，再让拿沙包的孩子投给下一个孩子。
在沙包投掷过程中，孩子们要数接住沙包的次数。游戏过程中不能让沙包掉到地上。游戏一直进行，直到沙包掉在地上。然后问孩子们沙包被一共接住了多少次。
P: Let’s play the “catch and count” game. OK?
（我们来玩“接住并数数”的游戏，好吗？）
C: Yay!

P: First, please all of you stand in a big circle, leaving at least one meter of space between each other.
（首先，请你们站成一个大圆圈，相距一米以上。）
We will toss a beanbag around the circle. （我们将在圆圈里投掷沙包。）
As the beanbag travels, we need to count out loud each time it is caught. Do you understand? （在沙包投掷过程中，你们要大声数接住沙包的次数。明白吗？）
C: Yes, we understand.
（是的，明白。）
P: Let’s play then.
（那么开始玩吧。）
C: I want to toss the beanbag first.
（我想第一个投沙包。）
P: Okay. Try not to drop it, children. If someone drops it then we start again from one.

本游戏需要准备数字大卡片、数字小卡片和音乐。家长负责开、关音乐，并抽取幸运数字。首先将数字大卡片贴在地板上，让孩子们站在上面。在一个袋子中装有与地板上数字大卡片相同的一组数字小卡片。
家长开启音乐。然后，小朋友们在地板上的数字方块中行走。家长随时停止音乐，并从大袋子中随意抽出一个数字。那么，正站在那个数字方块上的小朋友就是幸运者，可以获得一个奖励 。奖励可以是任何预先准备的物品，例如零食、小玩具、小贴花之类。
家长重新开启音乐，游戏重新开始。

I have placed small pieces of paper in a plastic bag. They all have the same numbers as the numbered cards in front of you. （我在一个塑料袋中装了小纸片。小纸片有与地板上数字方块相同的数字。）
I will start the game, stop the music and draw the numbers. （我负责开、关音乐，并抽取幸运数字。）
Now I’m turning on the music. As the music begins, you should walk around the circle, stepping on the numbered cards （现在，我开音乐。当音乐响起，你们沿着圆圈，在地板上的数字方块中行走。）
I will stop the music randomly and draw a number from the plastic bag. （我随时都会停止音乐，并从塑料袋中随意抽出一个数字。）
The music has stopped now and the number I have picked is… 3, XiaoYi you are number three. You are standing on that number. So you win a prize （现在音乐停止了，我拿的数字是3。小熠你是数字3，因为你正站在那个数字方块上，因此你可以获得一个奖励。）
