其实，家长在唱这首歌的时候，可以做一个很有趣的“蒙眼猜人”的游戏。方法很简单：家长蒙上眼睛，让孩子们轮流站在家长面前，让家长边唱歌边摸孩子相应的身体部位，并猜哪位是自己的孩子。当猜对了之后，紧紧拥抱孩子。

“蒙眼猜人”的游戏也可以反过来，让孩子蒙眼摸大人，猜猜哪个才是自己的妈妈。

相信每位家长都跟孩子玩过“指五官”的游戏，可以用英文来玩“指五官”的游戏。也就是：家长和孩子面对面坐着，家长用英文说出五官的名称，孩子用手指出来的同时，家长要重复说一遍名称，增强孩子的记忆。
同时可以带领孩子一起唱下面这首歌谣，根据歌词来指认身体部位。可以认识眼睛、耳朵、鼻子、脸颊、下巴、嘴唇和牙齿等

对于年龄小的孩子，由于游戏中有身体接触，家长要确保孩子的卫生与安全。
