基于作战链路效率的指控网络抗毁测度

摘要: 针对指控网络的结构特点以及复杂网络抗毁性测度难以准确描述指控网络抗毁性的不足,根据复杂网络理论和OODA作战理论,给出了作战链路效率的定义,提出了基于作战链路效率的指控网络抗毁测度,仿真结果表明,该抗毁性测度敏感度高、精准性强,能够更好地反映指控网络的抗毁性能,为设计和优化指控网络结构提供理论依据。

Measurement of Invulnerability for Command and Control Network Based on The Combat Link Efficiency

Abstract: Aimed at the structural characteristics of Command and Control(C2) network and measurement of Invulnerability for complex network is difficult to accurately describe the invulnerability of C2 network , based on Complex network and OODA combat theory, the paper gives the definition of combat link efficiency and proposes a measurement of Invulnerability based on combat link efficiency. Simulation results show that the measurement of Invulnerability with high sensitivity and precision, can better reflect the performance of C2 network invulnerability and provide theoretical basis for design and optimization of C2 network structure.
