摘要： 本文通过分析指挥信息系统装备的技术特点，并根据此类装备在保障中的特殊需求，分析了现有装备在BITE系统设计、测试诊断思想和测试资源构建模式等方面存在的不足，提出了面向信息系统装备应用PHM技术、将数字可重构技术应用于测试诊断的思想，并详细解析了其概念、技术实现方法等。

The Research of Test and Diagnosis Technology for Information System Equipment

Abstract： In this paper，the characteristics of command information system are analyzed. According to the special needs of such equipment support, the shortcomings of the existing equipment in the BITE system design, test diagnosis and test resources construction are analyzed. We also put forward that the application of PHM technology for the information system equipment and that the technology of digital reconstruction for test and diagnosis. Meanwhile we analyze in detail the concepts, technical implementation methods , etc.
