The structure of this thesis is as follows. in Chapter 2, a literature review is provided in related research fields. Chapter 3 states the methodology of the framework, while the multi-level framework for morphology basedon organisational effectiveness assessment is established step by step in Chapter 4.In Chapter 5, application of the framework is carried out in assessing the marketing and recruiting performance of the CCU MBA Centre. Validation of the framework is conducted in Chapter 6. In Chapter 7, a case study based on a training programme with Missouri State University is demonstrated as an example for using the framework. Evaluation for the entire research by aim,objectives and guidelines of design science is carried out in Chapter 8.Chapter 9 concludes the research and summarises the contribution and limitations of this research. Directions for future study are also provided in the final chapter.
