Mr.David：Hello，this is the human resources department of ABC Company．Can I help you？
Mr.White：Hello，I am calling to inquire about the job your company posted on the internet．
Mr.David：Thank you for calling．We posted several positions．Which position are you interested in？
Mr.White：It is the position in your Sales Department．Do you still have that vacancy？

Mr.David：What are your strong points？
Mr.White：I think I am very good at communication．To be honest，I work hard．I can work well under pressure and I enjoy the work that challenges me．I think that my English ability is also a strong point．
Mr.David：And what are your weaknesses？
Mr.White：When I think something is right，I will stick to that．Sometimes it sounds a little stubborn but now I am trying to find a balance between insistence and compromise．
Mr.David：Why do you want to leave your current job？
Mr.White：My reason for leaving my present job lies in the company’s products which are made for domestic customers，but I want to be responsible for international trade affairs．
Mr.David：Why do you apply for the position in our company？You know we are rather small and young．
Mr.White：I realize that．But I believe that I would have better opportunities with a small but rapidly expanding company like yours．
