分析: 本题易错选项是D项,属于“忽略上下文提示”的错误类型。我猜命题老师在设置D项的时候也是“腹黑”地“狞笑”了一下。其实这道题反映了同学们经常犯的一个错误——做完形填空时当发现按某个选项翻译后正好对应生活中一个相当常见的表达时,经常会忽略上下文而贸然选择该选项。这道题中选D项的同学一定是想到了“兴趣是最好的老师”这句话,但往后面看一看就会发现压根与“兴趣”无关,而后面直接提到了一个词——lesson,什么意思?课程,经验,教训。所以本题应该选A项(经验)。同样的例子还有很多,举一个供大家感受一下。2011年合肥二模完形填空有一道题说“这句话(生存还是死亡)哈姆雷特并不是为自己而说的,也是为每一个________人所说”,选项当中有一个suffering(正忍受痛苦的),很多同学选择了这一项。为什么?因为故事里哈姆雷特就是个悲剧的角色。但是错了。又为什么?因为这是完形填空,不是文学常识填空,所以做题不能仅靠背景知识,还要依据上下文。那句话前面有一句话说“They were spoken by Hamlet when he was________aloud”,这道题的正确答案是thinking(思考)。因此,同学们在做题的时候切忌直接凭借“背景知识”进行选择,而一定要结合文章上下文。原因很简单,为了保证公平,高考英语是不考背景知识的,而只考查学科所学知识和常识。
