Basic Requirements:
(1) Have a solid basic theory of natural science and engineering technology, systematically master the basic theory of technology in the field of communication, electronic information and computer to take on the work in related fields.
(2) Master professional basic theories and methods, basic abilities of analyzing and designing electronic equipment and complex software systems; apply basic computer theory to the construction of information systems, and the basic abilities of analyzing, designing, developing, testing and applying to communication systems and communication networks; understand the development and testing of application software, and be able to participate in the compilation of large-scale software.
(3) Have the abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese, and can read professional books and periodicals in both Chinese and English smoothly.
(4) Master the basic methods of literature search, data query and access to relevant information by means of modern information technology.
(5) Have a certain organizational management, strong expression, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
(6) Have abilities of lifelong learning and adapting to the environment.
