1.3.3 培养方案

培养方案:用产学合作、产教融合、科教协同、本硕博衔接与协同的新工科方式,呈阶梯式、有针对性地完成学生“会做、敢想、能创新”的培养。

Training program: With the new engineering methods of industry-learning cooperation, industry-teaching integration, science and education coordination, and the connection and coordination of undergraduate, master and doctoral degree, the students will be trained of "can do, dare to think and can innovate" in a step-by-step and targeted manner.

学校信息和电子学科优势突出,学校的学科设置与专业变迁历程就是中国电子信息学科的发展史。人工智能涉及电子科学与技术、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息与通信工程、控制科学与工程、数学、物理学、管理科学与工程等多个一级学科。目前,学校建有计算机应用、计算机系统结构、计算机软件与理论、通信与信息系统、信息对抗、电磁场与微波技术、信号与信息处理、电路与系统等学科,建有智能科学与技术、计算机科学与技术、网络工程、信息对抗技术、信息工程、通信工程、电子信息工程、电磁场与无线技术等专业,系统地覆盖了人工智能涉及的领域。在全国第四轮一级学科评估中,电子科学与技术全国排名A+,信息与通信工程全国排名A,计算机科学与技术全国排名A-。工程学进入ESI全球前1‰,计算机科学进入ESI全球前50,这些都为人工智能专业的科学研究和人才培养提供了有力的支撑。全面实现“教学2.0”,并向“教学3.0”迈进,培养适于“互联网+”时代的创新人才。教学团队依托电子信息技术与计算机的学科优势确立“智能+信息处理”的专业特色,强调创新和国际视野的人才培养,以解决问题贯通知识结构的教学,理论知识与实践完全融合,科技前沿与教学融合,实现学生知识结构适于创新与“互联网+AI”的需求。

(1)建立以竞赛引导创新为特色的新工科学生培养体系;

(2)建立本硕博衔接与协同的培养模式,智能新工科人才辈出;

(3)科研融入教学,打造创新实践环节;

(4)学生培养国际化,拓展国际视野:新增国际交流必修环节,提升研究生培养的国际化水平。

此次贯通式培养方案将“国际合作与交流”纳入必修环节。该环节设置专门学分,依据参加高水平大学国家公派研究生项目(CSC项目)、国(境)外联合培养项目、国(境)外短期出访、国际组织实习、高水平国际学术会议报告、选修国外高校在线课程等进行学分认定。同时,赋予学院充分自主权,在学校制订的指导意见基础上根据学科特点制定更为具体的标准和要求。

利用智能感知与计算国际合作联合实验室,教育部创新团队、国家“111”创新引智基地、“智能感知与图像理解”教育部重点实验室和“国际智能感知与先进计算研究中心”的有利条件,以及国家、教育部和学校的人才政策,加强优秀创新团队建设,建立具有国际视野的高学历高水平的教师队伍,强化本科生进行国际交流和访问,鼓励学生赴国外一流高校或机构进行课程学习、毕业设计,赴国际组织/企业/实验室实习。团队更积极地将高水平的科研转化为高水平的学科教学和本科生能力培养,取得了省级教学创新团队、省级教学成果一等奖等奖项,拥有国家精品课程“图像理解与计算机视觉”“数字信号处理”和“省级人才培养模式创新试验区”等,在科研成果的反哺下,智能科学与技术专业已成为学生成长的沃土。

The discipline setting and major course change of the school is also the development history of China's electronic information discipline. Artificial intelligence involves multiple first-level disciplines such as electronic science and technology, computer science and technology, software engineering, information and communicationengineering, control science and engineering, mathematics, physics, management science and engineering. At present, the school has established majors of computer applications, computer system architecture, computer software and theory, communication and information systems, information confrontation, electromagnetic field and microwave technology, signal and information processing, circuits and systems, and has intelligent science and technology, computer science and technology, network engineering, information defense technology, information engineering, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, electromagnetic field and wireless technology etc., which covers the fields involved in artificial intelligence. In the fourth round of the first-level discipline evaluation in the country, electronic science and technology ranked A +, information and communication engineering ranked A, and computer science and technology ranked A-. Engineering is listed in the top 1‰ of ESI and computer science is listed in the top 50, which providing strong support for scientific research and talent cultivation of artificial intelligence. We will fully realize "Teaching 2.0" and move forward to "Teaching 3.0" to cultivate innovative talents suitable for the "Internet plus" era. The teaching team relies on the disciplinary advantages of electronic information technology and computer to establish the professional characteristics of "smart + information processing", emphasizes the cultivation of talents in innovation and international vision, and realizes the demand that students' knowledge structure is suitable for innovation and "Internet + AI" by the teaching method of combining problem-solving with knowledge structure, integrating theoretical knowledge and practice, and the frontier of science and technology.

This through-training program will incorporate "international cooperation and exchange" into compulsory links. Special Credits will be provided in this link, and the Credits will be recognized according to the participation in the national governmentsponsored graduate student program (CSC program) of high-level universities, the joint training program abroad (overseas), the short-term overseas visits abroad (overseas), the internship in international organizations, the report of high-level international academic conferences, and the elective online courses of foreign universities. At the same time, the college is given full autonomy to formulate more specific standards and requirements based on the guidance formulated by the school and subject characteristics.

Utilizing the advantages of intelligent perception and the joint lab of computation international cooperation, the innovation team of the Ministry of Education, the National "111" Innovation Intelligence Base, the "Intelligence Perception and Image Understanding" Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education and the "International Center for Intelligent Perception and Advanced Computing Research" Conditions, as well as the talent policies of the state, the Ministry of Education and schools, strengthen the construction of outstanding innovation teams, establish a higheducated and high-level teaching staff team with international vision, strengthen undergraduate students for international exchanges and visits, and encourage students to go to top universities or institutions abroad to study courses and graduation design, and also practice in international organizations/companies/laboratories. The team is more active in transforming high-level scientific research into high-level subject teaching and undergraduate ability training.
