1.3.2 培养模式

培养模式:“国际先进+西电特色”的本硕博一体化贯通培养体系,采取导师制、小班化、个性化和国际化的培养模式。

Training model: "The international advanced+Xidian characteristics" integrated training system for undergraduates, master and doctoral students, and adopting the tutorial system, small class, personalized and international training mode.

该专业每年将招收30名学生,高考时零批次录取,主要由优秀的理工科保送生、自主选拔优秀生和高考优异生3部分组成,培养过程将按照本硕博一体化统筹,在选拔和培养环节实行全程动态流动。在选拔模式上,为最大限度选拔优秀学生,除了通过高考第一次选拔外,对于特别优秀的大一新生,可以在学年末申请进入该专业。为充分尊重学生个性化发展需要,该专业将实行分流制:学生进入该专业后,可在一年后分流一次,进入普通班;三年后分流一次,流到普通班本科毕业;五年后分流一次,按照硕士毕业。课程设置支持学生在全校选择专业毕业,在全校选择硕士导师,提早进入一对一导师制。硕博贯通式培养模式统筹安排硕士和博士培养阶段,学生在整个研究生培养阶段只制订一个培养计划,即以学术型博士为培养目标的贯通式培养计划,硕博贯通研究生在第一学年基本可修完硕博阶段所有课程。学科在统筹梳理课程体系、优化课程内容的基础上,将课程学分进行了大幅压缩。对课程学分的压缩并不意味着减轻教学在研究生培养中的分量,而是对课堂讲授内容进行整合优化,把培养目标和学位要求作为课程体系设计的根本依据,强化课程的前沿性、系统性。同时,通过设置学科基础文献集阅读、学术活动、学术讲座、基金撰写、社会实践、“两助一辅”等环节,促进课程学习和科研训练的有机结合,加强对学生科研能力的培养。

The program will recruit 30 students each year, with zero batch admission during the college entrance examination. It is mainly composed of excellent science and engineering students recommended for admission, excellent students selected independently and excellent students in the college entrance examination. The training process will be based on the integration of undergraduates, master and doctoral students, and it will be carried out dynamically in the selection and training process. In terms of selection mode, in order to maximize the selection of outstanding students, except for the first selection through the college entrance examination, freshmen who are especially outstanding can apply for this major at the end of the school year. In order to fully respect the individualized development needs of students, this major will implement a diversion system: after entering the major, students will be divided after a year and some of them enter the regular class. After three years, they will be divided once again and flow to the regular class as graduating students. Five years later, they will be divide again and graduate with master's degree. The curriculum system supports students to choose majors for graduation and master tutors to enter the one-to-one tutorial system in advance. The integrated cultivating system of master and doctoral students will arrange their whole training stage. Students should only make one training plan in the whole graduate studenttraining stage, which aims at cultivating academic doctoral students. The master and doctoral students can complete all the courses in the first academic year. Based on the overall arrangement of the curriculum system and the optimization of the curriculum content, the course Credits have been greatly compressed. The compression of course Credits does not mean to reduce the weight of teaching in postgraduate training. Instead, it integrates and optimizes the content of classroom teaching, and regards the training objectives and degree requirements as the fundamental basis for the design of the curriculum system, and strengthens the cutting-edge and systemic nature of the curriculum. At the same time, through the establishment of subject-based literature collection reading, academic activities, academic lectures, fund writing, social practice, "two aids and one supplement" etc., promote the organic combination of curriculum learning and scientific research training, and strengthen the cultivation of students' scientific research capabilities.
