Foreword

According to the requirements specified in the Plan for Developing the First Group of Professional Standards in 2011（Document Number:〔2011〕No.134）issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information of the People's Republic of China，this Standard is revised by its development team based on wide and intensive investigations and studies made，practices summarized，comments requested as well as references to international codes and advanced foreign standards.

This Standard comprises 8 chapters and 2 appendixes.

Main technical contents of this Standard include the requirements for materials，design，pre-fabrication，assembly，welding，inspection，testing，acceptance，pressure and vacuum-relieving devices，and foundations，etc.

China Petrochemical Corporation（Sinopec Group）is in charge of the administration of this Standard，Sinopec Technical Center for Static Equipment Design and Engineering is responsible for its routine management，and Sinopec Engineering Incorporation is tasked for explanation of specific technical contents.If any comments and recommendations are proposed in implementation of this Standard，please send your comments/recommendations to the routine maintenance organization and chief development organization.
