Foreword

According to the requirements specified in the Plan for Revising the Second Batch of Professional Standards in 2011（Document Number：［2011］No.134）issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information of the People's Republic of China，this Specification is developed by its development team based on wide and intensive investigations and studies made，practices and experience summarized and with references to international codes and advanced foreign standards.

This Specification comprises 9 chapters and 11 appendixes.

The main technical contents of this Specification includes the basic requirements for layout of longdistance oil/gas pipeline stations，site selection and regional layout，general layout，vertical layout，pipe coordination，landscaping and environmental protection，etc.

China Petrochemical Corporation（Sinopec Group）is in charge of the administration of this Specification，Sinopec Technical Center for General Plot Plan Design is in charge of its routine management，and China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co.，Ltd is in charge of explanation of specific technical contents.If any comments and recommendations are proposed in implementation of this Specification，please send your comments/recommendations to the routine management organization and chief development organization.
