According to the requirements of Document Jian Biao〔2012〕NO.5 issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development-"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2012".This code is compiled by CHINA MCC5 GROUP CORP.LTD.

In the course of compilation of this code，the wide investigate and research is carried out，and the practical experience of engineering construction in many years is summarized，and this code is revised repeatedly on the basis of widely seeking opinions of relevant units and experts，and finally，this code is finalized after examination.

The code comprises 11 Chapters and 5 Appendixes with the main technical contents as follows:general provisions，basic requirements，equipment foundation，anchor bolt and base plate，equipment and materials mobilization，Equipment of pipe billet preparation section，punching/expanding press，extrusion press，auxiliary equipment of extrusion line，rotary heating furnace，finishing line equipment，and safety and environmental protection.

The provisions printed in bold type are compulsory ones and must be enforced strictly.
