This Specification defines the design requirements for instruments and control systems in the control room，central control room（CCR），local control room and field auxiliary room（FAR）of instruments and control engineering in petrochemical industry.
This Specification is applicable to the design for control room，central control room（CCR），local control room and field auxiliary room（FAR）of instruments and control engineering in grassroots，expansion or revamp petrochemical project，and it is also applicable to the design for the control room of instruments and control engineering in coal chemical industry where coal is used as the feedstock to produce fuels and chemical products.
