4.1.1 Design of control room buildings shall comply with occupational health，safety and environmental protection requirements.And control room buildings for petrochemical process plants with potential explosion hazards shall be designed in compliance with SH/T 3160.
4.1.2 Control room buildings shall be designed and constructed according to the capacities，features，management requirements and operation modes of the petrochemical plants.
