5.2.1 Construction Execution Plan shall include:
a）Project overview.
b）Contractual relationship and execution mode of the project.
c）Main technical and economic targets.
d）General deployment for project construction，including project organization and management，construction arrangement and various plans.
e）Principle construction method statement of the project.
f）Construction management plan for the project，including management of HSE，quality，schedule，technology，material，risk and information.
g）Temporary facility plan and general plot plan for construction.
5.2.2 The Construction Execution Plan shall cover three phases:construction preparation，in-process construction and solo test.
