5.1.1 A4 size paper should be used for the Construction Execution Plan.
5.1.2 Construction Execution Plan shall be developed according to the project procedures，and meet the following requirements:
a）Basic national construction principles，policies，laws，regulations and relevant administrative rules.
b）Current national and industrial standards，codes and specifications applicable to the projects.
c）Project contract requirements.
d）Promotion of new technology，new material and new process.
e）Requirements of HSE management system，quality management system and special equipment management system.
