2.0.1 Catalytic cracking unit
A refinery process unit where heavy oil is used as the feedstock that is subject to catalytic cracking reaction in presence of catalyst to produce light oil products and raw materials for the chemical industry.
2.0.2 Reactor‐regenerator system equipment
A generic term for the equipment, piping and attachments provided with heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant lining in the catalytic cracking unit.
2.0.3 Heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant lining
A stable structure that comprises lining concrete and anchors, and is tightly attached on the wall of the reactor‐regenerator system equipment, shortened as"lining".
2.0.4 Anchor
An assembly that is fixed on the wall of reactor‐regenerator system equipment to keep the heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant structure stable.
2.0.5 Lining concrete
A type of concretethat is formed by mixing monolithic refractory with water or other liquids, constructed using the specified method and cured under the specified conditions, and provides the required heat insulating, heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant, abrasion‐resistant, and highly abrasion‐resistant performance.
2.0.6 Monolithic refractory
A mixture of aggregates, fines, binders and additives that is directly used in as‐delivered state or used after mixed with water or other liquids.
2.0.7 Lining material
A generic term for metal and non‐metal materials forming heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant lining.
2.0.8 Lining heat drying
A heating‐up,holding and temperature dropping process that renders heat‐insulating and abrasion‐resistant lining into a stable structure according to the specified temperature and period of time.
2.0.9 Cold wall
The wall of equipment and piping that are provided with heat‐insulating lining in the reactor‐regenerator system.
2.0.10 Hot wall
The wall of equipment and piping that are not provided with heat‐insulating lining in the reactor‐regenerator system equipment.
