I'm writing to inform you of our new business hours.
As you are aware, our business hours vary with the seasons, so as to satisfy the customers' needs. As summer drawing near, there is great need for a change to the original business hours. The peak period in our restaurant in the evening is usually from seven o'clock to eleven o'clock. Therefore we have decided to extend our business hours for three more hours. To be exact, our restaurant will stay open from nine o'clock a.m. to twelve o'clock p.m.
Despite the change to the business hours, our restaurant will provide a wide variety of food and drinks for you to choose from. What's more, a 15% discount will be offered every day for all food and drinks after eleven o'clock p.m.

The shipment, which is to leave Rotterdam port according to schedule, is likely to be delayed, in the event that the severe weather conditions continue for a few more days.
如果这样的恶劣天气再持续几天，按照预定计划将于鹿特丹港口发送的货物运输，可能会延期。×（套用了定语从句、条件状语从句，且用词不够简练，如in the event that、continue for a few days。）
