Subject: Please Introduce New Customers
Dear Daniel,
First of all, I would love to express my gratitude for your kind support. I am the sales manager of our store.
I noticed you buy the ultrasonic cleaner frequently from our store when I checked our working system yesterday. I guess you are quite satisfied with the quality of our goods and our customer service, right? So I would like to know if you may introduce some new customers for us, such as your friends or your colleagues. As a reward, we can give you a certain cash coupon for every customer you recommend successfully. Or you may get discounts directly for your next order. Either way is ok if you want. Moreover, we will send you small mysterious gifts randomly along with your order.
If you have any good suggestions, please feel free to tell us. I am looking forward to our new cooperation and waiting for your positive reply.
Yours cordially,
James

★ E-mail
例如:My dear father、Dear Susan等。在英国,My Dear比Dear亲切;而在美国,Dear则比My Dear亲切。
例如:Dear Prof. Johnson、Dear Dr. Tom Smith。
