【Cautions】There are the facial a.and v.on the deep surface of the acupoint.The pulsation of facial a.can be touched in the front margin of masseter muscle.When there is the needling，the practitioner shall press the facial a.by left thumb and put the nail of left thumb over the front margin of masseter muscle，then insert the needle by right hand along with the nail margin of left thumb to avoid needling the artery which causes bleeding.As the fixed position and low mobility of the facial a.in the front margin of masseter muscle against the inferior margin of mandible up to the facial region，it shall be kept away from the artery when there is the perpendicular insertion.If the practitioner manipulates the oblique insertion to the direction of Jiache（ST 6），generally the facial a.cannot be needle-inserted easily.
