Abstract

The present book is one of the series textbooks geared to the 21 st century. It is a national basic textbook for higher education in the Ninth-Five Year Plan, and the national planned textbook in the Eleventh-Five Year Plan of China. Besides, it is one of the fifth edition of the core textbooks for legal education in law schools of China.

This book is divided into 3 parts with 31 chapters. It gives a systematic explanations of the basic theories of economic law. It focuses on the following issues: law of market supervision, regime of macroeconomic regulations, theory and practice. The present book pays special attention to the new achievements in the field of economic law and other related fields and tries to learn the new experience of economic legal regime both in China and abroad. The main purpose of the book is to widen the knowledge scope of students, improve their theoretical level of economic law, and perfect their ability in economic law practice. From a general perspective, the book also shows a new level of researching and teaching in the field of economic law in China.
