Wang Jin, Professor of Peking University Law School. Director of Environment and Resources law Professional committee of All China Lawyers Association.
Professor Wang received his doctor degree from law school, Peking University in 1997, majored in environmental law. He received his master degree from law school, Wuhan University in 1991 and bachelor degree from Wuhan Medical College in 1983.
Before 1994, professor Wang was an assistant professor of Research Institute of Environmental Law of Wuhan University.
In 1995, he went to the Uppsala University in Sweden, to study environmental legislation. In 1996 to 1997, as an exchanged Ph. D candidate abroad he went to Hosei University in Japan, to study environmental law. In 2002, he went to Universiteit Leiden in Netherlands, to research the enforcement of environmental law. In addition, he has visited Europe, America and Japan and given lectures there for many times.
Professor Wang has participated in national or local environmental and resources legislation for many times since 1986. His main academic book is A Study of the Objectives of Environmental Law（Law Press,2000）. In addition, he is the writer （translator）or co-writer（translator）of more than 10 academic book or textbooks, and has published over 80 academic papers in famous legal and environmental science magazines both in China and foreign Countries.
In 2000, he won the first prize of the humanities group in the Third Match of University Young Teachers'Teaching Skill of Beijing.
