求职者在网上或是通过其他方式获悉招聘单位的职位空缺后，可以打电话进行咨询，或者直接到公司进行询问，以确认招聘信息是否属实有效。在咨询职位空缺时可直奔主题，直接询问该公司所招聘职位的详细信息，并请求给予面试机会；也可以采用迂回策略，通过询问公司的其他情况而过渡到职位招聘上来。如果询问的职位已经招到人了，则要继续寻找下一个应聘目标。
