John has been sick for several days and today he decides to go to see a doctor.
Doctor: what's wrong with you?
John: I don't feel comfortable these days. My throat hurts a little and I get cough.
Doctor: Tell me how it got started.
John: At first, my throat was dry and so I drunk a lot of water. I feel there's sputum in my throat. So I cough a lot to make it feel comfortable.
