似是而非:
A manager should be able to use his employees well. 经理应该要有能力妥善利用他的雇员们。
原该如此:
A manager should be able to supervise the team well. 经理应该要有能力妥善管控团队。
Tips: 第一种回答看似无错,不过,use一词听起来并不怎么人性化,可能会引起反感;而第二种回答的措辞就比较得体了。

可以明确地表示自己对员工的期望。

即便你只是想要做个本本分分的小职员,也有可能会在面试中被问到关于上司和管理工作的问题。一位优秀的管理者或是领导人,自然需要具备很多特质或是条件,而这些特质或是条件,如果求职者可以具备的话,在面试中必然就会给你争取到更多的好感。
通常而言,管理阶层最重要的就是,必须让员工有干劲、有动力,要实现这一点,就要心胸开阔、善于倾听并且乐于倾听员工的意见,尽力创造出令人愉快的、积极向上的工作氛围。此外,管理者或是领导人也要有能力来整合、统领团队工作,要以明确的、始终如一的态度,表露出对下属的期待,肯定赞扬下属的成就,适时地给予下属建议、指引或是批评,促使下属改进完善自身的工作能力。
简言之,回答对上司的看法时,要注意以下3点:
称赞胜于攻击:对于上司的看法,尤其是对之前的上司的看法,最好不要有什么负面的评价。即便你真的要提到某位上司的缺点,也要尽量避免提到有损他人名誉的缺点。
不要说得太多:求职者被问及对上司的看法时,面试官通常都只是希望借着这个问题来侧面了解你的能力或是品行,语言应该以简明概括为佳,切忌长篇大论。
适时地肯定自身的特质:面试过程甚至可以说是分秒必争的,如果求职者可以巧妙地利用回答问题的机会,适时地展示出自身的特质,必然会争取到更多的印象分。
