How do you address people in Chinese? (如何称呼别人?)
Mark can address the following people like this:
张 国 中 → 张 老 师
his Chinese teacher,a man of around 50

his landlord,a man of 40 Mr.Wang

his housemaid,a middle aged woman Auntie Sun

When you are not sure how to address a person,don't hesitate to ask:
Wǒ gāi zěnme chēnghu nín? 我该怎么称呼您?How should I address you?
or,
Nín guì xìng? 您贵姓? What's your surname?
And the answers would be:
Jiào wǒ Dàmíng bα. 叫我大明吧。 Call me Daming.
or,
Wǒ xìng Zhāng. 我姓张。 My surname is Zhang.
