上述中展示的Cochrane系统评价检索式看似复杂、难懂，但当我们从表面深入理解，就会发现，其实一个看似复杂、难懂的Cochrane系统评价的检索式主要包括以下几个方面的内容（以干预系统评价为例）：1.不同研究类型的检索filter：这部分策略会由于不同的数据库而不同；2.涉及“疾病”和“干预措施”的检索词：这部分主要包括其主题词、自由词（同义词、近义词）等，且同一概念下的不同表达词语之间，用布尔逻辑OR连接。3.将以上不同方面的检索结果，用布尔逻辑AND最后连接，就完成了最终的检索。因此，我们可以遵循以上的原则，制定符合要求的、完善而全面的系统评价检索策略。
马彬，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要从事系统评价方法学、医学研究报告规范等研究工作。以第一作者发表SCI论文十余篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，其他省级科研项目3项。作为主要完成人的科研项目获得国家教学成果二等奖1项（3/5）、甘肃省教学成果一等奖1项（3/5）、甘肃省科学技术进步一等奖1项（3/13）和甘肃省医学科技特等奖1项（3/13）。目前担任甘肃省医师协会循证医学专业委员会常务委员，甘肃省老年医学学会老年肿瘤学分会委员、中国医师协会微无创医学专业委员会临床研究与指控专业委员会委员，国际药物经济学与结果研究协会（ISPOR）华西分会委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会循证医学分会青年委员，中国临床试验伦理审查委员会成员等社会职务。担任《Source Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine（SJACM）》杂志编委，是《Acupuncture in Medicine》《Trials》《Plos ONE》《Frontiers of Medicine》《The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine》和《中国循证医学杂志》等多本杂志审稿人。
