The Naughty Monkey

Once upon a time, there was a (1) naughty monkey who lived in the trees in the city central park.

One day, the monkey saw a young boy in (2) Gum Tree Par k having a delicious ice cream, and he said to (3) himself , ‘I will have that yummy food’, and then jumped down from the tree, walked (4) towards the little boy and (5) grabbed the ice cream.

At that moment, the boy was extremely frightened and started to cry out loud (6) because he thought that the monkey would hurt him. When his mother heard his crying, she (7) quickly ran to the tree. Then the naughty monkey dropped the ice cream and climbed back up to the tree.
