What is an app？
“app”是什么？
●What可用来询问“什么”。
●“What is/are＋名词”适用于询问“某事、某物的具体内容是什么”“某专有名词的意思是什么”。
某事的具体内容
你和女友间的问题是什么？ What is the problem between you and your girlfriend？
今天的汇率是多少？ What is the exchange rate for today？
明天的降雨概率是多少？ What is the chance of rain tomorrow？
专有名词的意思
“Wi-Fi”是什么？ What is Wi-Fi？
“通货膨胀”是什么？ What is inflation？
“次级房贷”是什么？ What is subprime mortgage？
“牛市”是什么？ What is a bull market？
“app”是什么？ What is an app？
What除了是疑问词，也可以作为“疑问句主语”。因此What后面除了可以接be动词及助动词，也可以接一般动词。例如：
●What make s you sad？（什么会让你悲伤？）
* 句子是一般现在时，What属于“单数”，所以动词词尾要加“s”。
●What happened to you？（什么发生在你身上了？）
* 句子是一般过去时，直接用“动词过去式”。
