Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

因为来自一个贫穷的小城镇,我自己就认识很多青少年,尤其是女孩,因为经济困难被迫放弃大学。为了给她弟弟省钱,我最好的朋友被父母切断了经济支援(cut offfinancially),再也没能进入大学,尽管她在学校的表现要比她的弟弟优秀得多。我看到她一个人默默地哭泣却没有任何方式可以安慰她。如果给她一个机会,我相信她可能已经成为某个领域的人才。
Coming from a poor small town, I myself have known many teenagers, especially girls, who were forced to drop university due to financial difficulty. In order to save money for her younger brother, my best friend was cut off financially by their parents and never entered university despite the fact that she was much more excellent in school than her brother. I saw her crying silently alone yet couldn’t comfort her by any means. If she were given the chance, I’m sure she could have become a talent in certain field.
