One day Anne attended my coaching salon. I remembered she asked me a question in English and was very impressed by her adequacy in English. At that time, since I need a translator in my coming course, I invited her to be my course translator.

有一天，Anne参加我的教练沙龙。我记得她用英文问了我一个问题。当时我就觉得她英文很流利。刚好我需要找一位翻译，所以我就邀请她帮我做课程翻译。

Since 2014 till 2016, she translated for 3 terms of my program. She did good jobs.

从2014到2016年，她一共为我做了3次课程翻译。她做得非常好。

In the course I always shared my personal story that why I came to China in the first place. It is not because I planned it, but surprisingly because of my 100 dreams and 100 action plans. Every time I told this story, my students were inspired and eagerto try it out themselves. Years later, many students told me a lot of their personal dreams came true!

在课程中，我总是与学员分享我为什么要来到中国的故事。并不是我计划要来中国，而是因为我在写完100个梦想和100个行动计划之后，我就有来中国的想法了。每次我讲这个故事的时候，我的学生们都被深深激励，也迫不及待地尝试去写100个梦想和100个行动计划。几年后，我的很多学生都告诉我，他们的梦想真的实现了！

Anne is not the first person who finished writing down what her 100 dreams and 100 plans are, and she is also not the first person to finish 1,000 times face centering. But she is the first person who treated face centering seriously and has become so determined and enthusiastic to integrate the systems and principles underneath for the benefit of others. She has shared her research in coaching course soon after she finished 500 times practice. Her great efforts and interest have paid off by her producing this lovely book— One Minute People Reading .

Anne不是第一个完成100个梦想和100个行动计划的，当然，她也不是第一个完成1 000次面对面中心练习的。但是她是第一个这么认真对待面对面中心练习的人，并且她非常有决心和热情，整合出一套体系和背后的原理，使其可以帮助更多的人。她在完成500次面对面中心练习之后，就在教练课程中分享了她的研究。她这本可爱的书《一分钟面对面识人》，是她的努力和兴趣的成果。

As an American, I am spending most of my time in China to encourage and advance the Chinese Coaching culture now. I own the biggest coaching company in South Korea and China. And my mission is to help more and more people to become better world class coach and world class leaders.

I am very happy to see that Anne finally finished writing down her 100 dreams, 100 action plans and even finished her first book.

我非常开心看到Anne终于完成了她的100个梦想和100个行动计划，甚至完成了她的第一本书。

I am also glad to witness her growing into a professional coach, continuously building and strengthening her coaching competencies to help people and tirelessly promoting coaching culture.
