When new kinds of plants take over an area, they may become invasive plants because they make native plants struggle for survival.Every time a forest or meadow is cleared for human development,some plants lose their habitat. If a plant is rare, it may be in danger of becoming extinct. There are many endangered plants in different countries. Some are protected by laws, and many conservation groups are trying to save them. They remove the invasive plants and grow more native plants in their place.
