Let me show you around.

It is Lynn's first afternoon at the Chinese school where she studies Mandarin. She does not know her way around. The school is big and Lynn thinks maybe she will get lost if she tries to find her way around by herself. She asks her classmate Ben to help her.

1. Lynn : Ben, do you think you could show me where everything is in this school?

2. Ben : Sure. This is my second year at this school. Let me show you around.

3. Lynn : Great. First, can you show me where to put my things?

4. Ben : Put everything you don't need in the classroom on the shelf next to our school room.

5. Lynn : The teacher said I should get a Chinese textbook. Can you show me where I can find it

6. Ben : Oh, all the books we use are on the shelves in the classroom. Let me show them to you. Here they are next to the window. You can use any of the books on these shelves during class. Just put them back on the shelf when you are finished

7. Lynn : I have one more question for you, Ben. Can you show me the restroom?

8. Ben : Sure. There is more than one. There is a restroom on each floor. Let me show them to you. Follow me.
