Place about 0.1g of moxa floss on the head of a paper tube of about 7 ～ 10mm in diameter and 10 ～ 15mm in height. Attach the paper tube to the skin with the adhesive glue under the paper tube. The glue also prevents the moxa from falling and burning the skin. While the moxa floss is ignited, the heat transmits inside the tube to reach the skin. The heat produced by moxa can be controlled by adjusting the diameter of paper tube and selecting the proper grade of moxa floss(Figure C9 and C10).
