【学而时习之】

子曰：“学而时习之，不亦说 ^① 乎？有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎？人不知而不愠 ^② ，不亦君子乎？”

【注释】

1 说（yuè）：同“悦”，令人喜悦、愉悦之意。

2 愠（yùn）：怨恨，含怒。

孔子说：“学习并且定时练习所学的内容，这不也是一件令人愉悦的事情吗？有志同道合的人从远方来（和我一起探讨学问），这不也是一件让人快乐的事情吗？别人不理解我，但我却不心怀怨恨，这不也能算是一个有道德的人吗？”
