Abstract Mental health of Employees is the important part of it of the communities.Under the urgent needs of community mental promotion and the low health levels of Chinese enterprises,propose the Happiness Enterprise concept.Through a creative adjustment to the Balanced Score Card,take employee care as a starting point,build a Happiness Enterprise-Establishment model based on job involvement and construct an Happiness Enterprise-Evaluation integrated system including vulnerability assessment,intervention study and tracking&feedback assessment,then propose the development ideas of Happiness Enterprise-Evaluation tool in the nationwide popular applications in both perspective of enterprises and psychological researches.
