I feel sick.
我感觉不舒服。
关于sick常见的几种表达：
1.sick as dog 病得厉害
例如：John was sick as dog, I am going to make him some soup.约翰病得很厉害，我打算去给他做点汤。
2.call in sick 打电话请假
例如：I don’t feel good, I am going to call in sick and take a day off.我感觉不怎么好，想打电话请一天假。
3.sick in bed 卧病在床
例如：Bob is sick in bed with flue.鲍勃因为流感卧病在床。
4.worried sick 担心得要命
例如：Thank goodness, you’re alright, I was worried sick.谢天谢地，你没有事，我担心死了。
常见的感冒发烧症状：
I have a bit of fever.我有点发烧。
I have a high fever.我发高烧了。
I have a cold.我感冒了。
I have a headache./My head hurts./My head is pounding.我头疼。
I have a runny nose.我流鼻涕。
去医院：
I have to go to the hospital.我得去医院。
I want to register the department of……我要挂……科。（orthopedics 外科，骨科；internal medicine 内科；Chinese medicine 中医）
医生检查时会说：
Sit down and take your temperature.坐下来量一下体温。Don’t strain yourself.Go lay down.别太累了，去躺下吧。Drink some water and have a better rest.喝点水，好好休息。
