I need a job！或者是I need to get myself a job.
关于need的常见用法：
1.当need作实义动词，表示“需要”
Do you need any help？你需要（任何）帮助吗？
It doesn't need to be done at once.不需要立刻做。
2.作情态动词，当“必须”解，只用于否定句和疑问句
Need I go？我必须去吗？
He needn't be told.不必告诉他。
需要注意的是need作实意动词用于否定句和疑问句，前要加助动词do（或did）即可，这时后面的不定式就必须加to。
He does not need to keep a secret from us.
他不必对我们保密。

我们需要开灯吗？
找工作还会遇到：
Do you have today's paper？I want to look for a job.

关于pay表示“支付，付钱”的意思，它的基本用法是：
1.pay（sb.）money for sth.付钱（给某人）买……。
例如：I have to pay them 20 pounds for this room each month.我每个月要付20英镑的房租。
2.pay for sth.付……的钱。
例如：I have to pay for the book lost.我不得不赔丢失的书款。
3.pay for sb.替某人付钱。
例如：Don't worry！I'll pay for you.别担心，我会给你付钱的。
4.pay sb.付钱给某人。
例：They pay us every month.他们每月给我们报酬。
5.pay money back还钱。
例如：May I borrow 12 yuan from you？I'll pay it back next week.你能借给我12块钱吗？下周还你。
