This is my right hand. This is my left hand. These are my two hands.
That is my right loot. That is my left foot. Those are my two feet.
Every man，every woman，every boy，and every girl has two hands，two feet，two arms，and two legs.
On each hand there are five fingers. On each foot there are five toes. I have ten fingers on my hands，and I have ten toes on my feet.
We take things in our hands. We write with our hands. We walk with our feet. We also run with our feet.
I am sitting in a chair. I am not walking now. I am standing up. I am now walking. I am walking on the floor. Now I am running. Now I am sitting in my chair again. By and by I shall walk again.
