There are three months in a season. The names of the four seasons of the year are spring，summer，autumn，and winter.
The first season of the year is spring. The second is summer. The third and last seasons are autumn and winter.
In winter the weather is cold. The days are short in winter，and the nights are long. In summer the weather is hot. In spring and autumn the weather is neither very hot nor very cold.
What season is this? What was the last season? What will the next season be?
What day of the week is to-day? Is it a cold day?

The three months in winter are the winter months. The spring months， the summer months，the autumn months，and the winter months are the twelve months of the year.
This is winter. The last season was autumn. The next will be spring. What is the name of the season next after spring?
In winter the weather is cold. We do not like to go out on very cold days. In summer it is hot. We do not like to go out on very hot days. In spring and autumn it is neither very hot nor very cold.
There are cold days in summer. But they are very few in number.
